Shipping policy

Hurry Up Brand Outfitters takes 3-5 business days to fulfill your order(s), in addition to shipping times. Shipping times and costs vary based on the shipping method and the location to which your order(s) will be delivered.

During order submission, from time to time shipping services from our shipping partners may not be able to service the shipping option selected. In the case when standard and/or chosen shipping option is not available for the destination, shipping fees may be subject to change. Should this happen, you will be contacted by Shirtly Client Support Team for further steps to be taken to ensure timely delivery of your order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. For lost packages that are not caused by our error, we will make our best effort to claim the loss on your behalf and re-print your order if successful.
